SCALE-iFlex 게이트 드라이버 제품군은 중앙 절연 마스터 컨트롤(IMC) 2SI0400T2xxC와 최대 4개의 모듈 적응형 게이트 드라이버(MAG) 2SM0120D2xxC 및 케이블 세트로 구성됩니다. IMC는 최대 3300V의 블로킹 전압을 갖는 전력 모듈의 작동을 위해 설계되었으며, MAG는 다양한 공급업체의 전력 모듈에 최적화된 변형 제품에서 사용할 수 있으며, 3300V 전압 등급의 다양한 디바이스 기술을 채택하고 있습니다.

SCALE-iFlex는 최대 4개의 모듈을 손쉽게 병렬로 연결할 수 있어1 최소한의 개발 노력으로 높은 유연성과 시스템 확장성을 제공합니다. NTC 온도 및 DC-link 전압 신호를 통합하고, 강화된 절연으로 보호되고, 디스크리트 시스템 레벨 센서를 대체합니다.
