2SP0115T是一款低成本、超紧凑的驱动器,用于17mm EconoDUALTM IGBT模块。作为CONCEPT即插即用驱动器家族的成员,它针对电气性能以及抗干扰性进行优化以满足不同工业应用的要求。与传统解决方案相比,高度集成的SCALE-2芯片组可将元件数量减少80%,因此能够显著地提高可靠性,并降低成本。

2SP0115T是完整的双通道IGBT驱动器,具备DC/DC电源、短路保护、高级有源箝位和电源电压监控功能。用户只需将它焊接到相应的IGBT模块上,系统便可立即开始工作,无需进行额外的开发或适配。这样能够缩短设计周期,同时不会影响整个系统的效率。

这款驱动器支持多个驱动器直接并联,即使在额定功率更高的应用中,也能够实现简单的逆变器设计。可针对同封装的IGBT模块进行专门的适配。DIC20电气接口非常简单,方便易用。

驱动并联的IGBT

带有独立驱动器的17mm模块可实现任意数量的直接并联。驱动器直接并联是一种崭新的、开创性的概念,这使得IGBT并联的技术门槛大大降低,客户无需花太多时间对均流性进行调试。

电气接口DIC20

2SP0115T驱动器配有DIC20电气接口,该接口与PrimePACK™驱动器2SP0320T完全兼容。DIC20电气接口非常简单,方便易用。

该驱动器配备以下端子:

  • 电源和GND端子
  • 2 x 驱动信号输入端
  • 2 x 状态输出端(故障信号反馈)
  • 1 x 模式选择端(半桥模式/直接模式)
  • 1 x 设置阻断时间的输入端
